The Mission Health Care Auxiliary Society held their Annual General Meeting on March 1st 2017. The day included serious business, good food, good friends and lots of fun! And lunch by Over the Top Catering.

The 2017 Executive was installed:
Our new Vice President is Olene Chaplin (from the Cottage Thrift Store)
Pat Parent, is our new Treasurer of the Society’s accounts (previously Vice President). The previous treasurer was Ethel Hooge, who after 13 years, has stepped down
Our new Corresponding Secretary is Ruth Doerksen (from the Cottage Thrift Store)
Recording Secretary, Joanne Bydal (from TRIM)
Past President, Wendy Matus (from the Gift Shop)

Convenors: (New) Sandra Jackson, Reception (Previously Linda Dennis). Convenors of all other venues remain the same.
Arline Allison BCAHA did an excellent job installing everyone into their positions.
I do want to mention the fabulous Fashion Show. Members from the cottage and members who work in the hospital participated. The majority of the clothing came from the Cottage and four outfits from the Gift Shop Store. Our MC this year for the Fashion Show was Bryan Bodell who did an outstanding job.
A very big Thank You to all that attended and who participated in the fashion show.
The Caterer was “Over The Top Catering”. They did an amazing selection of food.
