Meetings

General meetings are regularly on the first Wednesday afternoon of the month 1:30 – 3:00pm. In classroom #1 on the ground floor of the hospital near the ground floor entrance.
There are no general meetings in July and August

Executive/Board plus the convenors – these meetings are held 2 Wednesdays prior to each general meeting at the hospital from 1:30 – 3:00pm. Usually in the boardroom located in the administration are on the ground floor.

Annual General Meeting – usually takes place the first Wednesday in March
