The reception desk is located just inside the old main entrance and is staffed by a volunteer from 10 am. to 2 pm, subject to volunteers’ availability. It is not staffed Sat. or Sun. or on Statutory holidays.
Reception Desk volunteers direct patients, their families, and their friends to various hospital areas and respond to various questions.
They also assist with contacting taxi companies, directing vendors to the correct hospital location, and directing those attending meetings in the hospital.
The volunteers that staff the reception desk are our greeters and always wear a smile!
